Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap


Toss all the following into 3 gigantic Iceberg lettuce leaves

  • cooked chicken breast,
  • finely chopped Iceberg lettuce,
  • grated parmesan,
  • cherry tomatoes
  • avocado 
  • abundant Mayo
  • some mustard

 

Tuna & Avocado Salad


Mix romain lettuce with

  • canned tuna 
  • diced avocado,
  • cherry tomatoes,
  • cucumbers
  • a squeeze of lemon juice.

PS: Add an obscene amount of olive oil to the whole thing and sprinkle salt, pepper and vinegar. 

Turkey & Veggie Lettuce Wraps


Take a gigantic lettuce leave and place the following inside:

  • slices of turkey breast,
  • shredded carrots,
  • cucumbers,  
  • bell peppers

Add a drizzle of hummus, mustard and olive oil!

Salmon & Quinoa Salad


Toss the following into a salad bowl

  • cooked quinoa
  • cold smoked salmon,
  • baby spinach,
  • cherry tomatoes,
  • cucumber,
  • red onion.

Drizzle with (a lot of)  olive oil and lemon juice.

Greek Chicken Salad


Mix

  • cooked, diced chicken breast
  • cucumber,
  • cherry tomatoes,
  • olives,
  • red onion,
  • feta cheese.

Dress everything with obscene amounts of olive oil and lemon.

Ham & Avocado Salad Wrap


Take slices of your favourite ham and layer with

  • avocado slices,
  • baby spinach,
  • shredded carrots

in a wrap or Iceberg lettuce leaves.

Add as much mustard and mayo as you want!

Egg & Veggie Bowl


Chop hard-boiled eggs and toss them with

  • cucumber,
  • cherry tomatoes,
  • spinach,
  • bell peppers.

Add an obscene amount of olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Shrimp & Avocado Salad


Combine cooked shrimp with

  • mixed greens.
  • diced avocado,
  • cucumber

Dress with a lot of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.

Roast Beef & Veggie Roll-Ups


Spread slices of roast beef with hummus, then roll them up with thin strips of

  • shredded carrots
  • red onion.

Dress with an obscene amount of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
